The range of Vacuum and Pressure Gauges that we produce here at Nottingham Gauge ranges from standard Bourdon Tube, right through to specialist Absolute Torr gauges for the most specific of requirements. Check out the sections below to find out more about our complete range.
Standard pressure gauges are available in 40mm, 50mm, 63mm, 100mm, 160mm & 250mm sizes, and all are available in either Direct Mount, Bottom Entry or Back Entry, as well as Surface and Panel mounting.
All sizes upwards of 100mm can be customised with various options, such as diaphragm seals, ancillary pointers, and custom dials.
When a gauge is going to be subject to high vibration and movement, a Glycerine filled gauge helps to prevent premature damage and wear, which a dry gauge would suffer from. Glycerine filled gauges can be manufactured in both Brass and 316 Stainless Steel internals, in 100mm, 160mm, and 250mm diameters.
Direct Mounting, Bottom or Back Entry, and Surface & Flush panel mounting options are available. Of course, any special options such as Diaphragm Seals, Ancillary Pointers, Custom Dials, Electrical Contacts, or bespoke connections can be added to your specification.
Available in 100mm, 160mm & 250mm dial sizes, Stainless Steel Gauges are perfect for when you require a strong instrument to last for many years ahead. With choices of Direct Mount, Bottom or Back entry, as well as Surface and Flush panel Mounting, we can produce exactly what you need.
100mm and 160mm gauge sizes can also be produced with vibro damped movement, glycerine or silicon filled full safety pattern, and class 0.6 accuracy. All materials are NACE standard MR0175, with certificated materials to BS-EN 10204 type 3.1B also available.
Test gauges can be produced in 100mm, 160mm & 250mm diameters, along with Direct Mounting, Bottom & Back Entry, Surface, and Flush Panel mounting options.
