Standard pressure gauges are available in 40mm, 50mm, 63mm, 100mm, 160mm & 250mm sizes, and all are available in either Direct Mount, Bottom Entry or Back Entry, as well as Surface and Panel mounting.

All sizes upwards of 100mm can be customised with various options, such as diaphragm seals, ancillary pointers, and custom dials.

  • Ranges: From 1 BAR vacuum to 1000 BAR
  • Accuracy: Class 2.5 (2.5% fsd) on the smaller diameter gauges
  • Accuracy: Class 1 (1% fsd) on 100mm diameter gauges and above
  • Manufactured to BS-EN 837-1
Glycerine Filled

When a gauge is going to be subject to high vibration and movement, a Glycerine filled gauge helps to prevent premature damage and wear, which a dry gauge would suffer from. Glycerine filled gauges can be manufactured in both Brass and 316 Stainless Steel internals, in 100mm, 160mm, and 250mm diameters.

Direct Mounting, Bottom or Back Entry, and Surface & Flush panel mounting options are available. Of course, any special options such as Diaphragm Seals, Ancillary Pointers, Custom Dials, Electrical Contacts, or bespoke connections can be added to your specification.

Stainless Steel

Available in 100mm, 160mm & 250mm dial sizes, Stainless Steel Gauges are perfect for when you require a strong instrument to last for many years ahead. With choices of Direct Mount, Bottom or Back entry, as well as Surface and Flush panel Mounting, we can produce exactly what you need.

100mm and 160mm gauge sizes can also be produced with vibro damped movement, glycerine or silicon filled full safety pattern, and class 0.6 accuracy. All materials are NACE standard MR0175, with certificated materials to BS-EN 10204 type 3.1B also available.

Standard Test Gauges

Test gauges can be produced in 100mm, 160mm & 250mm diameters, along with Direct Mounting, Bottom & Back Entry, Surface, and Flush Panel mounting options. Test gauges are manufactured to BS-EN 837-1 to ensure the highest quality at all times. Anti-Parralax mirror scale, and Knife Edge pointer are standard on class 0.25 units.

The 100mm diameter gauges are produced to class 0.6, the 160mm and 250mm diameter gauges are produced to class 0.25, all with Brass wetted parts. Custom options such as custom connections and non-standard ranges can be included to your requirements. Safety case as a custom option is also available.

Full Safety Pattern

Our range of Full Safety Pattern gauges are available in 100mm and 160mm sizes. Mounting options include Direct Mount, Bottom or Back Entry, and Surface and Flush Panel mounting (clamp and 3 hole flange).

All Full Safety Pattern gauges are manufactured in a Stainless Steel case, with your choice of either 316 Stainless or Brass internals. Gauges can also be supplied dry, filled, or fillable. Bespoke options such as oxygen service, damped movements, diaphragm seals, electrical contacts, ancillary pointers, silicon or glycerine filled, custom dials, and custom connections can be tailored to your requirements.

  • Ranges: From 1 BAR vacuum to 1000 BAR
  • Accuracy: Class 1 (1% fsd)
  • Manufactured to BS-EN 837-1

Low Pressure or Vacuum Capsule Gauges

Our range of Vacuum & Low Pressure capsule gauges are produced in a Stainless Steel case, with a choice of either 316 Stainless Steel internals, or Brass Internals. Size options are 63mm, 100mm & 160mm.

Mounting options include Bottom or Back Entry, Direct Mounting, as well as Surface and Flush Panel mounting for clamp & 3 hole front flange.

  • Ranges: 25 mBAR to 600 mBAR, pressure or vacuum
  • Accuracy: Class 1.6 (1.6% fsd) - Class 1 (1% fsd) optional
  • Manufactured to BS-EN 837-3

Custom options include special/customised dials with your name or logo. These gauges can also be produced as a differential to your specific needs.

Absolute Pressure Gauges

Our Absolute Pressure Gauges can be made with a Stainless Steel or Aluminium case, with matching bezel. All gauges are barometrically compensated with an evacuted capsule.

The Stainless Steel case includes a bayonet locking, and the Aluminium case option is screw-on, made from a solid bar-stock for the best in strength.

Absolute Pressure gauges are made in 100mm diameter, with direct mount, bottom and back entry, and flush panel mounting options. Of course any special requirements such as custom dials, custom connections, or other modifications can be included.

  • Ranges: 25, 50, 125, 160 & 1000 mBAR
  • Accuracy: Class 2 (2% fsd)
  • Manufactured to BS-EN 837-3

Made to your requirements in the UK, our Absolute Torr gauges are available in a Stainless Steel or Aluminium case to your specification. All gauges have an evacuated capsule, and are barometrically compensated so that you can trust the reading every time. Internals are all manufactured from high quality Brass for the best in accuracy.

The Stainless Steel case is bayonet Locking, and the Aluminium case is manufactured from solid bar-stock with a screw-on bezel. Manufactured in 100mm diameters with a choice of flush panel mounting, direct mounting, and bottom and back entry.

Schaffer Diaphragm gauges are ideal for use in situations where the pressure medium can solidify in a standard capsule or bourdon tube gauge. Our range of Diaphragm gauges can be made in 100mm and 160mm dial sizes, all in 316 Stainless Steel.

Mounting options are the standard Bottom or Back entry, Surface and Flush panel mounting (base size dependant), along with Direct mount.

  • Ranges: -1 BAR vacuum to 25 BAR, 100mm base
  • Ranges: 25 mBAR to 400 mBAR, 150mm base
  • Accuracy: Class 2 (2% fsd)
  • Manufactured to BS-EN 837-3

Process connections can be either flanged or screwed, and the bottom chamber can be protected with more corrosion resistant materials, such as PTFE. Custom options are also available, such as special connections, electrical contacts, ancillary points, silicon or glycerine filled, and clean-out ring. Special dials with your name, logo, or custom ranges can also be produced.

Our selection of Diaphragm Seal gauges are perfect for use in industrial applications where the process has matter that could solidfy, crystalise, has a high viscosity, or is solid. All gauges are produced in 316L Stainless Steel as standard, and we are able to produce any material or coating for the Diaphragm for greater protection. Diaphragms can be fitted to any of our other gauges, either directly, or through a remote capillary.

  • Ranges: -1 BAR vacuum to 600 BAR pressure
  • Connections: Flanged up to 4 inches, threaded up to 2 inch BSP male or female

Hygenic Seals

Gauges can also be produced with a hygenic seal, which features a flush welded diaphragm for a crevice free seal. Manufactured in 316L Stainless Steel for the best in durability.

Gauges are filled with FDA approved white food oil tramission fluid as standard. Mounting options to any of our gauges include directly, or via a remote capillary. Other mounting options also include tri-clamp fitting, RJT ISS, DIN11857, SMS (male and female), 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, & 3 inch (dependant on range). Homogenizer button and fish-tail design.

Bi-Metal Dial Thermometers

Our Stainless Steel bi-metal thermometers are all made in the UK to the highest specification, achieving Class 1 accuracy as standard. The units are constructed with a 304 Stainless Steel case with bayonet bezel, and the stems are 316 Stainless Steel. Diameters include 63mm, 100mm, and 160m. Mounting options include direct mount, bottom entry, and back entry.

Flange mounts to your specification can also be produced, along with custom options such as special dials including your logo. Stem lengths are available up to 600mm.

Bi-Metal any-angle Thermometers

Any-angle thermometers are perfect for those tricky industrial applications where a standard thermometer won't provide a clear read out. Cases are made from 304 Stainless Steel with a bayonet bezel, and stems are made from 316 Stainless Steel. Available dial sizes are 100mm and 160mm.

The stem is adjustable in a full 90° angle, with the head rotating through 180°. The unit features iP65 protection. Special dials, connections, and thermowells can also be included to your specific requirements.

  • Accuracy: Class 1
  • Ranges: From -50°C to 500°C
  • Stem Lengths up to 650mm
  • Stem diameters of 1/4in, 6mm, 8mm, or 10mm

Additional Services

As well as calibrating all gauges produced in house, our expert team can service and calibrate your existing gauges to ensure that they are operating in tip top condition. All gauges are carefully inspected for any signs of fatigue, all parts are measured to ensure they comply with tolerance levels, and any necessary part replacements are carried out.

Once returned, your unit will be ready to be put back into service straight away with pin point accuracy and reliability time and time again.
